I've always liked to experiment with gastronomic options outside the ordinary. Searching for flavors that give my palate that feeling of full satisfaction, and the truth I must confess sometimes I tend to be quite exquisite. Sometimes I even wonder if my ancestors were from cultures very different from ours. Well, I tell you, that in that search I found here in Havana, perhaps among the best Chinese food restaurants that maintain maximum quality in terms of the quality of their dishes the: "Awesome Dumplings". A very discreet place in terms of its social networks, but it seems that the owners are grandchildren of native Chinese from there; who in the same way transmitted their millennia-old recipes to their children and from them to their grandchildren.
Their specialty are the dumplings, as the name of the place indicates. They serve you these in portions of 20, being small masses made with flour and egg, filled with meat or seafood, spices and the vegetable ingredient that you decide to apply; these are cooked over slow fire in water and when delivered to the table they are accompanied by extra additions that you can apply at your complete disposal. In our case we tend to choose pork dumplings with chives.
I wanted to keep the images of the food and the experience, above all because the place is really despite its maximum quality, aesthetically it is not one of the most attractive to the eye. But I promise you 100/10 the quality of your food.
I clarify and very important that the prices are high, because the ingredients are expensive. But maybe once a year it will not be a problem to afford it. 😉

Siempre me ha gustado experimentar opciones gastronómicas fuera de lo cotidiano. Buscando sabores que le aporten a mí paladar esa sensación de plena satisfacción, y la verdad debo confesarlo a veces tiendo ser algo exquisita. Incluso a veces me pregunto si mis antepasados eran provenientes de culturas muy diferentes a la nuestra. Pues le comento, que en esa búsqueda encontré aquí en La Habana, tal vez entre los mejores restaurantes de comida china que mantenga una calidad máxima en cuanto a la calidad de sus platillos el: "Awesome Dumplings". Un lugar muy discreto en cuestión de sus redes sociales, pero parece ser que los dueños son nietos de chinos naturales de allá; que de igual manera le transmitieron sus receta milenarias a sus hijos y de ellos a sus nietos.
Su especialidad son los dumplings, como indica el nombre del local. Te sirven estos en raciones de 20, siendo pequeñas masas hechas con harina y huevo, rellenos con carne o mariscos, especias y el ingrediente vegetal que decidas aplicar; estas son cocidas a fuego lento en agua y al entregar en la mesa te lo acompañan con agregos extras que puedes aplicar a tu completa disposición. En nuestro caso tendemos a escoger los dumplings de cerdo con cebollino.
He querido conservar las imágenes de la comida y la experiencia, ante todo porque el lugar realmente a pesar de su máxima calidad, estéticamente no es de los más atractivos a la vista. Pero les prometo 100/10 la calidad de su comida.
Aclaro y muy importante que los precios son altos, debido a que los ingredientes son costosos. Pero tal vez una vez al año no será un problema costearlo. 😉

Bellas fotografías, te queda muy bien el cabello rojo. Y la comida se ve exquisita, en lo personal me encanta la pasta, Cuando vivía en La Habana, era cliente fijo de PaZta, casi siempre pedía al pesto o con salsa de champiñones. Hasta aprendí a hacer mi propio pesto jaja
