ICELAND - Can you spot me under the waterfall?
I am a big guy, and wow did I feel small under Seljalandsfoss!
- Iceland is home to more than 10,000 waterfalls
- Iceland has the second most powerful waterfall in Europe
- Highest drop waterfall is nearly 200m
Those were some of the small little facts that attracted me to go see Iceland and to tick it off the bucket list. We were lucky to have been there for 13 days in total, we had to isolate for the first 5 days before we could pick up the camper van and drive around the Ring Road clockwise. We drove Over 2200km (1365 miles) in 7 days and it was the most beautiful roads I have ever been in. I feel like I am well travelled, so I can say comfortably, Iceland is like no other place on earth - the waterfalls are breathtaking by themselves - let alone everything else!
