Yes, it is a new post on Liketu.net, but I kept getting an error saying the post doesn’t exist when I tried uploading it, so for now I just posted a clip instead. I’ll try again later once it’s working properly.
Trying to work out what is causing your error otherwise it might never work properly for you!

No, you can publish as much as your resource credits allow.
