Hoy el recorrido llevaba por nombre buscando a Doris, en conjunto con mi equipo de LPG Runners era planificado salir hacer 8 a 9km.
Cuando antes de salir de casa mi sobrino que tiene 9 años me dice tía yo quiero ir con usted a entrenar yo le respondí que si por supuesto necesitaba un compañero de camino.
Entonces llegamos a la plaza y empezamos a calentar para empezar a trotar de manera que mi compañero que iba por segunda vez en este año a correr pudiera llegar tranquilo de regreso. Cuando íbamos por el km 4 se detuvo porque agarro aire nos detuvimos a tomar agua y a respirar profundo para botar ese aire, estuvimos caminando hasta que se recupero y seguimos cuando íbamos por la mitad me decía tía yo he pasado por aquí con mi mamá, yo si mira todo lo que has logrado , ya llevamos 8km y yo para motivarlo lo llevaba a caballito en mi espalda por una cuadra y se reía.
Así logramos llegar de regreso a la plaza realizando 9km y se sentía súper feliz y emocionado y yo como la súper tía runners.
De premio lo lleve a comer pizza y helado, así seguir motivándolo.
