Saludos querida comunidad de Hive, comparto con ustedes mi entrada en el concurso propuesto por @fuerza-hispana titulado "el espejo".
Es mi primera participación por acá.
Frente al espejo se encontraba Zulle, una hermosa joven acomplejada por la sociedad.
Una de las cosas comunes que escuchaba, era que lo mas importante era la belleza física, que eso era lo más relevante para muchos.
Su madre Teresa siempre le decía con dulzura:
Zulle, lo que tiene mas valor, es lo que está dentro de ti, no que lo está en el exterior.
Pese a los diarios consejos de su madre, tenía algunas horas tratando de resolver una cuestión de gran relevancia, y que también le había quitado el sueño por algunos días.
—¿Y si mamá no tiene razón? ¿Y si realmente eso es lo que las personas ven, sin valorar las cualidades y valores de los que ella habla? —
Por meses, Zulle se detenía frente al espejo tratando de resolver el enigma de su madre, de como iba a ser posible que se valorara más lo interno que lo externo, y más aún, cuando todo lo que estaba en su entorno giraba hacia lo material.
El tiempo no tardaría en darle una respuesta a sus incógnitas.
Influenciada por las amistades, las malas decisiones no tardaron en llegar, y pondrían de relieve la certeza de los consejos de su madre.
Ignorando sus consejo , Zulle sufriría los embates de la sociedad, palparía en carne viva la veracidad de los consejos de ésta, quien solo trataba de cuidarla del mundo cruel.
Las penas y la desazón se abrigarían en el corazón de Zulle, y como hiedras venenosas en éste, hicieron que su nobleza se doblegara y diera paso a la amargura.

In front of the mirror was Zulle, a beautiful young woman with a complex about herself.
One of the common things she heard was that the most important thing was physical beauty, that this was the most important thing for many.
Her mother Teresa always told her gently:
Zulle, what is most valuable, is what is inside you, not what is on the outside.
Despite his mother's daily advice, he had a few hours trying to solve a question of great relevance, which had also been keeping him awake for a few days.

For months, Zulle would stop in front of the mirror trying to solve his mother's riddle, how could it be possible that the internal was valued more than the external, and even more so, when everything in his environment revolved around the material.
Time would not take long to give him an answer to his questions.
Influenced by her friends, bad decisions soon followed, and would highlight the truth of her mother's advice.
Ignoring her mother's advice, Zulle would suffer from the onslaught of society, she would experience first hand the truth of her mother's advice, who was only trying to protect her from the cruel world.
Sorrows and discomfort would take refuge in Zulle's heart, and like poison ivy, they would cause her nobility to bend and give way to bitterness.
