Actualmente vivimos en una sociedad y transitamos una época donde muchas personas no tienen identidad, no saben si quieren ser hombres, o si quieren ser mujer, si quieren ser animales, o si quieren ser seres humanos. Los jóvenes andan como ovejas dispersas fuera de un rebaño, uno habla con ellos, y no saben que quieren ser cuando sean grandes, no saben ni que quieren estudiar, algunos ya ni quieren estudiar, si no trabajar o que sus padres los mantengan.
Recuerdo cuando yo estudiaban nos daban charlas vocacionales, cuando mis hijos estudiaron les hicieron test vocacional, todas es cosas ayudan mucho, porque todo esto pasa porque lamentablemente, vivimos tan sumergidos en las cosas de la vida, preocupaciones, quehaceres, que son pocas las personas que se preocupan por el conocimiento propio.
Muchas personas que se la tiran de psicólogo, y quieren ir analizándole la vida a los demás, sacando conclusiones por las actuaciones de las personas, como se sientan, como escriben, como se mueven, se la saben todas más una sin ser psicólogos, pero cuando van a su propia vida se quedan en blanco porque no saben nada de sí mismos.

We are currently living in a society and going through a time where many people have no identity, they don't know if they want to be men, or if they want to be women, if they want to be animals, or if they want to be human beings. You talk to them and they don't know what they want to be when they grow up, they don't even know what they want to study, some of them don't even want to study, they don't even want to work or be supported by their parents.
I remember when I was studying they gave us vocational talks, when my children studied they were given vocational tests, all these things help a lot, because all this happens because unfortunately, we live so immersed in the things of life, worries, chores, that there are few people who care about self-knowledge.
Many people who are psychologists, and want to go analyzing the life of others, drawing conclusions from the actions of people, how they sit, how they write, how they move, they know all plus one without being psychologists, but when they go to their own life they are left blank because they know nothing about themselves
Es tan importante dedicarse a conocerse a uno mismo, muchas frustraciones que tenemos en la vida, no son por las cosas malas que nos pasan, sino que como no nos conocemos a nosotros mismos erramos el camino en todo los aspectos, en la parte laboral, amorosa, amistosa, en fin, son tantos los ambientes donde nos desenvolvemos y no damos lo mejor de nosotros mismos, por no conocernos.
Es muy fácil ver los defectos y cualidades de los demás, pero es difícil ver los defectos y cualidades propias, algunos solo se ven las cosas malas de sí mismo y otros ven solo las cosas “buenas” de sí mismo, sin poder aceptar sus defectos, es decir se van hacia los extremos y ningún extremo es bueno.
Es horrible vivir en la vida desorientado, sin saber los talentos que posee, sin saber que le gusta hacer, sus habilidades, en fin, todas aquellas cosas que pueden definirnos como persona, y poder alcanzar la felicidad y la paz consigo mismo, llevando la vida de acuerdo a los talentos y dones que podamos tener.
Hay talentos grandes, otros pequeños que ni se notan, hay destrezas que tenemos que nunca descubriremos, otras que están a la vista de todos pero nosotros ni las vemos o no las apreciamos. Nuestra vida no puede rotar solo con la mentalidad de ganar dinero, como si fuéramos máquinas o robot que no sentimos, vinimos a esta vida a ser feliz, dentro de las dificultades, y esa felicidad, la encontraremos cuando estemos en paz con nosotros mismos, cuando hagamos cosas que nos gustan, que no busquemos tanto complacer a los demás para que sean felices olvidándonos de nuestra propia felicidad.

No sé si tengo muchos talentos o pocos, lo importante es que he dedicado tiempo en conocerme, saber que me gusta, que me disgusta, y me falta mucho más por conocerme, lo importante es que gracias a eso he aprendido a conocer mis
talentos y dones.
Uno de los talentos que más amo es reír, para mí slogan, mi carta de presentación, me gusta hacer reír a los demás, no porque me crea payasa, ¡no! Para nada, me gusta que los demás experimenten la sonrisa como medio sanador, la sonrisa frena en nosotros la amargura y por consiguiente enfermarnos.
Si salgo a la calle, sonrío, digo buenos días, no me gusta poner mi cara de cañón, no me gusta amargarle la vida a la gente, todo lo contrario, siempre estoy presta ayudar, me encantan animar al anciano, escucharle, me gusta escuchar a los demás, me gusta ser buena amiga, no me gusta hablar mal de nadie, soy una persona proactiva, me gusta resolver, no quedarme congelada, de brazos cruzados ante una situación difícil.
Así, que toca seguirse conociendo a uno mismo, explotar las cosas buenas en uno, y al que veamos desorientado, ayudarle, enseñarle a conocerse, a amarse y respetarse.

Has dicho varias verdades, pero me quedo con la de conocer nuestros talentos y usarlos para hacer mas felices nuestras vidas, porque a la final de cuentas, eso es lo que nos queda, seguir adelante y sonreír.

En mis epocas de la universidad trabajaba como becario en la seccion de onboarding a chicos de preparatoria, y justamente me dedicaba a hacer tests vocacionales a los aspirantes a la universidad para que pudieran tomar una mejor decision sobre que carrera comenzar!
Tienes razon Lis, el autoconomiento es basico, mas en esta epoca en la que el ruido y las distracciones se encuentran por doquier.
