¡Vacaciones! Hay palabras que te trasladan rápidamente a lugares, pero también te hacen recordar personas muy amadas. Cuando salía de vacaciones sabia todo lo que me esperaba en casa: gelatina, paseos, cariño, mucho afecto de mi abuela. Es que las vacaciones era una etapa en la cual pasaban cosas bonitas, podía disfrutar con mi familia, jugar hasta tarde en la calle con mis amiguitas, los vecinos sacaban sus sillas para la calle, los adultos estaban más pendiente de nosotros.
Mis vacaciones eran bien especiales, podía sacar mis ahorros que te nía en una caja, compraba en la bodega sin tener que guardar nada. Poder ir a casa de mis tías era eterno, pasaban muchos meses para volver a ver a mi tías, ellas siempre tenían ropa para mí, zapatos y también chucherías. En vacaciones se integraban nuevas amistades a mi lista, era hermoso conocer a otras niñas, poder compartir mis juegos, aprender otros juegos, divertirnos sin estar pendiente de dormir temprano.
Recuerdo muchos juegos con las cartas, otros juegos donde mediamos fuerza, conocimientos, también poder espantar el sueño con algunas historias de terror, esas historias que parecían tan reales, pero también algunas exageradas, es decir, nunca se sabia que tan real era.
Para que se den cuenta de lo que hace cada semana nuestra comunidad #empowertalent, lo que puede llegar a movernos cada vez que se lanzan esos temas que nos hacen sacar desde nuestro interior muchos recuerdos y emociones. Esta semana compré gelatina, quiero unirme a esa rutina que tenía mi abuela, ese preparar esta merienda llena de colores variados y sabores divinos.
Invertí 10$ comprando gelatinas con sabor a uva, limón, frambuesa, también compré gelatina sin sabor. coloqué varias ollas para agregar la gelatina en envases separados, colocar en la nevera para refrigerar, luego serví en copas y agregué la gelatina sin sabor. Me sentí tan bien, eso es lo mejor, que cada cosa que hagamos lo hagamos con todo el amor del mundo. Siguiendo la tradición de mi abuela el día de los Reyes Magos. Mis nietos estaban felices, se pueden imaginar mi felicidad al complacerlos con algo que me daba mucha alegría.

Vacation! There are words that instantly transport you to places, but they also make you remember loved ones. Vacation was a time when wonderful things happened; I could enjoy time with my family, play late into the night in the street with my friends, the neighbors would bring their chairs out onto the street, and the adults were more attentive to us.
My vacations were truly special. I could take out the savings I kept in a box and shop at the corner store without having to put anything away. Being able to go to my aunts' house felt like forever; many months would pass before I saw them again. They always had clothes, shoes, and little treats for me. During vacations, I made new friends. It was wonderful to meet other girls, share my games, learn new ones, and have fun without worrying about going to bed early.
I remember many card games, other games where we tested strength, knowledge, and also being able to scare away sleep with some horror stories, those stories that seemed so real, but also some exaggerated, that is, you never knew how real it was.
So you can see what our #empowertalent community does every week, how it can move us when we release topics that bring back so many memories and emotions. This week I bought gelatin; I want to join in on that routine my grandmother had, preparing this snack full of varied colors and divine flavors.
I spent $10 buying grape, lemon, and raspberry flavored gelatin, and I also bought unflavored gelatin. I set up several pots to pour the gelatin into separate containers, put them in the refrigerator to set, then poured them into glasses and added the unflavored gelatin. I felt so good; that's the best part, doing everything with all the love in the world. Following my grandmother's tradition on Three Kings Day, my grandchildren were happy. You can imagine how happy I was to please them with something that brought me so much joy.
