Hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes que me leen, un suceso que ocurrió hace años, lo llamaré sorpresa, porque fue inesperado, no tenía idea de lo que iba a pasar, y por qué ocurren estas situaciones que están inmersas en mi familia.
Sin más preámbulos les contaré, recuerdo que estaba agobiada por las ocupaciones en casa y en la universidad, estaba finalizando el semestre de mi carrera, y el estrés para entonces me consumía. Necesitaba despejar mi mente de la rutina diaria, sentía mi cuerpo pesado y una fatiga mental, tenía que encontrar una solución porque si no lo hacía, llegaría un momento en que no podría hacer lo que estaba haciendo, obstaculizando el desempeño.
Lo que consideré en esa oportunidad fue salir a respirar otros aires, lejos de mi casa era una opción, aunque no del todo aceptada por mí, ya que debía considerar la disponibilidad de dinero, transporte, seguridad del establecimiento, entre otros. Al acercarse el sábado, mi tía me dijo, salgamos, anímate, pagaremos los gastos juntos, la pasarás bien, iremos cerca, así podremos regresar por nuestra cuenta, le respondí, ok lo pensaré.
Bajo estas sugerencias de mi tía, decidí salir el sábado, fui con ella, alrededor de las 9:00 pm, a un bar con talento en vivo a una cuadra de mi casa. Entramos, nos sentamos en la mesa, la gente iba llegando, el ambiente tenía música agradable sonando de fondo.
Pedimos un par de cervezas para beber, mientras charlábamos, llegó el cantante y empezó a cantar, fue el detonante para que la gente saliera a bailar, yo tampoco me quedé atrás. Accedí a bailar, recuerdo que era la canción de Eddy Herrera, llamada "Tú eres ajena", cuando terminó la canción me senté, resulta que llegó al establecimiento el hijo de una conocida bodega de la zona, a veces coincidíamos cuando compraba en la bodega de su padre, junto con él llegó su amigo.
Para llegar a una de las mesas, tuvieron que pasar por donde yo estaba, Oswaldo nos saludó y aprovechó para presentarnos a su amigo Rogelio.
-No olvidaré tu nombre, te llamas igual que mi abuelo…
-Qué casualidad, para conocernos mejor, te voy a invitar a bailar.
Oswaldo y su amigo se fueron a sentar a una de las mesas, yo me fui a bailar, Rogelio no me quitaba la mirada, se acercó a la mesa y me invitó a bailar.
-Desde hoy, me verás más seguido.
-¿Eres de la zona?
-Sí, ya te había visto.
-A ti yo no.
Siguió preguntando para conocerme, hasta que me preguntó:
-¿Qué día es tu cumpleaños?
- ¿Para qué?
-Quiero saber.
-Cumplo el 7 de enero.
-Yo también.
-¡No puede ser! - Es verdad.
Me sacó de dudas, mostrando su identificación, efectivamente, cumplimos el mismo día, pero nacimos en años diferentes, me llevas cuatro años Rogelio…,le comenté que mi mamá y mi papá cumplen años el mismo día, y mi papá es mayor por cuatro años también, pero cumplen año en agosto.
Esa coincidencia, nos sorprendió a ambos ese día, la pasamos muy bien entre risas y halagos. Les cuento que desde el 8 de agosto del 2009, surgió una amistad…, y se convirtió en amor hasta la actualidad.
Han pasado 14 años de esa gran sorpresa que la vida me tenía y que no esperaba, y que al conocerla, la recibí con la mejor disposición, porque me dio felicidad. He vivido gratas experiencias, soplando velas juntos en nuestros cumpleaños, rodeados de nuestras hijas y seres queridos, deseando el mayor tiempo posible, si Dios quiere.

I needed to clear my mind from the daily routine, I felt my body heavy and a mental fatigue, I had to find a solution because if I did not, there would come a time when I could not do what I was doing, hindering performance.
What I considered in that opportunity was to go out to breathe other airs, far from my home was an option, although not entirely accepted by me, since I had to consider the availability of money, transportation, security of the establishment, among others. As Saturday approached, my aunt told me, let's go out, cheer up, we will pay the expenses together, you will have a good time, we will go nearby, so we can return on our own, I answered, ok I will think about it.
Under these suggestions from my aunt, I decided to go out on Saturday, I went with her, around 9:00 pm, to a bar with live talent a block from my house. We went in, sat down at the table, people were arriving, the atmosphere had nice music playing in the background.
We ordered a couple of beers to drink, while we were chatting, the singer arrived and started singing, it was the trigger for people to come out and dance, I was not left behind either. I agreed to dance, I remember it was Eddy Herrera's song, called "Tú eres ajena", when the song ended I sat down, it turns out that the son of a well known bodega in the area arrived at the establishment, sometimes we coincided when he bought at his father's bodega, along with him his friend arrived.
To get to one of the tables, they had to pass by where I was, Oswaldo greeted us and took the opportunity to introduce us to his friend Rogelio.
-I won't forget your name, you have the same name as my grandfather....
-What a coincidence, to get to know each other better, I'm going to ask you to dance.
Oswaldo and his friend went to sit at one of the tables, I went to dance, Rogelio kept looking at me, he approached the table and invited me to dance.

-I haven't seen you.
He kept asking to get to know me, until he asked me:
-What day is your birthday?

-I have a birthday on January 7th.

He took me out of doubt, showing me his ID, indeed, we have the same birthday, but we were born in different years, you have four years on me Rogelio..., I told him that my mom and my dad have the same birthday, and my dad is older by four years too, but they have their birthday in August.
That coincidence surprised us both that day, we had a great time with laughter and compliments. I tell you that since August 8, 2009, a friendship arose ..., and became love until today.
It has been 14 years since that great surprise that life had for me and that I did not expect, and that when I met her, I received her with the best disposition, because she gave me happiness. I have lived pleasant experiences, blowing candles together on our birthdays, surrounded by our daughters and loved ones, wishing the longest possible time, God willing.
