Cuando pienso en la palabra "renacer", me vienen a la mente aquellas personas que han superado situaciones extremadamente difíciles, ya sean problemas emocionales, de salud o circunstancias que han dejado una huella imborrable en sus vidas. Estas experiencias, aunque dolorosas, tienen el poder de transformarnos y enseñarnos a ver la vida desde una perspectiva diferente.
When I think of the word "rebirth", I think of people who have overcome extremely difficult situations, be they emotional or health problems or circumstances that have left an indelible mark on their lives. These experiences, although painful, have the power to transform us and teach us to see life from a different perspective.
Sé que no todo lo que aprendemos en esta vida debe venir del dolor, pero es cierto que el dolor es una de las emociones que más nos impacta y nos enseña. I know that not everything we learn in this life must come from pain, but it is true that pain is one of the emotions that most impacts us and teaches us. However, I have also observed that there are people who, despite receiving constant blows, do not manage to change their way of being or acting, which is sad, because rebirth also implies the ability to evolve and grow.
En mi vida, he renacido al menos tres veces. Lo digo porque he vivido tres episodios que marcaron profundamente mi existencia. Dos de ellos estuvieron relacionados con mi salud, y en uno de ellos pasé un largo período de recuperación después de una cirugía. Ese tiempo me enseñó que las cosas pueden cambiar en cualquier momento y que debemos valorar lo que tenemos, especialmente aquello que está ahí cuando más lo necesitamos.
In my life, I have been reborn at least three times. I say this because I have lived through three episodes that deeply marked my existence. Two of them were related to my health, and in one of them I spent a long period of recovery after a surgery. That time taught me that things can change at any time and that we must value what we have, especially what is there when we need it most.

Después de mucho tiempo de quejas y de pensar lo peor de mí misma, tuve que aprender, a través del dolor, que hay cosas que no puedo cambiar y que, al no aceptarlas, solo generaba una inestabilidad emocional que me mantenía en un ciclo constante de frustración y miedo. In that situation, I had to be reborn. After a long time of complaining and thinking the worst of myself, I had to learn, through pain, that there are things I cannot change and that, by not accepting them, I only generated an emotional instability that kept me in a constant cycle of frustration and fear. That moment came to change me and, at the same time, free me from many judgments and fears.
Siento que mi vida siempre ha tenido un propósito, especialmente para quienes me rodean. No es que crea que soy alguien especial o diferente a los demás, sino que mi propia vida ha sido una forma de demostrar que, a pesar del dolor, es posible levantarse y seguir adelante con una sonrisa en el rostro. Recuerdo cuando era más joven y lo fuerte que era, aunque en ese momento no lo reconocía. Ahora me doy cuenta de que muchas veces no nos damos el amor y el ánimo que merecemos.
I feel that my life has always had a purpose, especially for those around me. It's not that I believe I am someone special or different from others, but that my own life has been a way of showing that, despite the pain, it is possible to get up and move forward with a smile on your face. I remember when I was younger and how strong I was, even though I didn't recognize it at the time. Now I realize that many times we don't give ourselves the love and encouragement we deserve.
A través de todo lo que he vivido, desde pérdidas hasta fracasos, he aprendido lecciones que me han hecho renacer y demostrarme que puedo seguir haciendo lo que amo, sin importar lo que pase. He renacido tres veces, y estoy segura de que tendré que hacerlo muchas veces más en este camino de vida. La verdad es que me siento confiada de que lo que viene será algo pequeño en comparación con todo lo que he pasado, y que mi lado lleno de fortaleza saldrá para recordarme que, si antes pude levantarme, no será diferente la próxima vez.
Through everything I have been through, from losses to failures, I have learned lessons that have made me reborn and shown me that I can keep doing what I love, no matter what. I have been reborn three times, and I am sure I will have to be reborn many more times in this journey of life. The truth is that I feel confident that what is to come will be small in comparison to all that I have been through, and that my strong side will come out to remind me that if I could get up before, it will be no different the next time.
Todos debemos recordar que renacer es parte de reconectar con nuestro lado más humano. Está bien comenzar de nuevo las veces que sean necesarias, siempre y cuando no nos demos por vencidos y caminemos con la confianza de que cosas mejores nos esperan. Por eso, debemos seguir avanzando y llenarnos de amor propio, para que el camino sea más fácil de transitar.
We must all remember that being reborn is part of reconnecting with our human side. It is okay to start over as many times as necessary, as long as we do not give up and walk with the confidence that better things await us. Therefore, we must keep moving forward and fill ourselves with self-love, so that the road will be easier to travel.
El renacer no es solo un proceso individual, sino también una oportunidad para inspirar a otros. Cuando compartimos nuestras historias de superación, mostramos que es posible encontrar luz incluso en los momentos más oscuros. Así que, amigos, no tengan miedo de renacer. Rebirth is not only an individual process, but also an opportunity to inspire others. When we share our stories of overcoming, we show that it is possible to find light even in the darkest moments.
