Para mí EPICA es unaa de mis bandas favoritas de Metal sinfonico osea es una de las mejores bandas que tengo en mi colección que nunca me cansaré de escuchar y más si es este álbum grandioso que es el más popular entre todos
For me EPICA is one of my favorite symphonic metal bands, I mean, it is one of the best bands I have in my collection that I will never get tired of listening to and even more so if it is this great album that is the most popular among all of them.
El álbum "The Divine Conspiracy" trata sobre la idea de que la gente es capaz de crear sus propios destinos y formas de vida, independientemente de cualquier divinidad o poder externo. El álbum explora los temas de la autodeterminación, la búsqueda de la verdad, la lucha entre el bien y el mal, y la necesidad de resistirse a las fuerzas dominantes y opresivas.
The album "The Divine Conspiracy" deals with the idea that people are capable of creating their own destinies and ways of life, independent of any divinity or external power. The album explores the themes of self-determination, the search for truth, the struggle between good and evil, and the need to resist oppressive and dominant forces.
La portada de el disco es algo sensual pero Simone Simons hizo un desnudo para Epica y fue en la portada del disco «Divine Conspiracy», aquí la explicación de la misma cantante quien tuvo la idea de la obra artística.
“La idea detrás de la portada es que todos nacemos desnudos, es decir, inocentes, y con el paso del tiempo nos va marcando la vida. Eso es lo que se representa en los tatuajes. La manzana es un símbolo de Eva, quien se volvió mortal al morder un trozo de la fruta. Fue mi propia idea posar así para la portada, pero mucha gente piensa que Nuclear Blast (nuestro sello) fue quien me obligó a hacerlo. Realmente tuve que convencer los otros miembros de la banda lo que realmente quería hacer – para mí es una forma de arte puro. Ya te había visto haciendo trabajos sobre esta banda, la verdad no la he escuchado nunca, pero de tanto ver su nombre en tus publicaciones despertó mi curiosidad hasta el punto que hoy la escuchare. Escucharé algunos de sus temas más exitosos a ver que tal. Muy buen post por cierto!
