When will you be arriving in Graz? If possible, we’d love to meet up before the event or get your help with setting up the stage - your support would mean a lot! We also need to know when you plan to leave, as Saturday’s activities depend on the number of attendees. Please share your details via the poll and/or the comments.
Important: We are going to publish a dedicated post related to the Graz Card 72h you will all get for free. In short: Please buy one with your own money on Thursday (if you stay until Sunday) to be able to join every side events and public transport!

The schedule isn’t set in stone just yet, but this is a well-thought-out draft to help you plan your visit and get a sneak peek at the party, presentation day, and all the side events. Some times and locations might shift slightly, but we’ll announce the final version during the opening presentation on Friday. We can not wait seeing this plan become reality together with all of you ❤️

I think i will arrive at the evening on May 1st , because i use the car to get to austria and it is a looooong way. I'll probably be heading home after breakfast on Sunday.

Team Growandbow and @llunasoul will arrive around Wednesday and leave around Sunday (maybe later, depending on how my Monday will look like). In sum = Full Event!
We're still thinking about how to stay in Graz. Hotel, Hostel, or CouchSurfing? We will come by minivan. What would a local recommend? Where is a nice place to stay in a close walking distance to our events?
As a side note, we will travel from Barcelona to Graz via Italy with approx 2 nights in between. If someone needs a ride from southern approach on Wednesday… lemme know 😉

Full event here, with breakfast on Sunday, but probably without the museum thing after...
We are a company of 3, arriving in Linz on 29.04., staying there overnight and going to Graz on 30.04.... If someone is on the way through Linz on the 30th and has 3 seats available in the car, we will not refuse the ride... 😃 (also tips on how is the easiest way to do the trip are welcomed!)
We will probably join you in Venue preparation on the 1st, as we should arrive on the previous evening (if someone is already there, we could hang out pre-event 😃)
As we have a flight back from Klagenfurt on Sunday late afternoon, we will probably not attend the museum visits...

Since we needed some vacation we are arriving on 29th Apr and leaving on 4th of May. We - @asia-pl and I - come as a family of 4 so our attendances will be dependent on kids performance.

I have more than enough account creation tokens available, but we never finalised the idea of creating them accounts. Will they be complimentary? We'll be staying 4 minutes of walk away from the main event place

I will arrive in Graz on Thursday at about noon and will leave Graz on Sunday in the morning.
finally managed to sort out card problems, so managed to book a stay :D from 30 (probably evening) till 5 probably afternoon.
Now just to find out how will i get there :D
