As you may have already noticed in the last HiQs Flash, part of the HiQuarters was at the Buzzparty Hamburg 2024. This event ran from Saturday until today and almost felt like a small HiveFest. With round about 30 visitors, that's not even that far-fetched.
I arrived at my hotel on Friday evening so that I could make it to the opening breakfast on Saturday. Due to the Dom festival in Hamburg, it was not that easy to get a hotel, so I had booked a hotel room far away from Hamburg - in Schleswig-Holstein. When I crossed the border, I was greeted by a sign cheekily claiming that I was now in the true north... I won't comment on that any further...
After the long journey, I didn't extend the evening any longer. In the morning I met up with @bechibenner and @werkseber, who had checked into the same hotel.
I'm sure you'll find out what else we experienced at the Meet Up. For now, I'm going to continue my long train journey.

Wie ihr vielleicht schon im letzten HiQs Flash mitbekommen habt, war ein Teil des HiQuarters auf der Buzzparty Hamburg 2024. Dieses Event ging von Samstag bis heute und hat sich fast schon wie ein kleines HiveFest angefühlt. Mit knapp 30 Besuchern ist das auch garnicht mal soweit hergeholt.
Am Freitag Abend bin ich in meinem Hotel eingetrudelt, damit ich es auch am Samstag zum Eröffnungfrühstück schaffe. Aufgrund des Domfestes in Hamburg war es garnicht so leicht ein Hotel zu bekommen und daher hatte ich mir ein Hotelzimmer weit außerhalb von Hamburg gebucht - in Schleswig-Holstein. Bei meiner Grenzüberschreitung lachte mich ein Schild an welches frecher Weise behauptete, dass ich nun im wahren Norden sei... Ich werde das mal nicht weiter kommentieren...
Nach der langen Reise habe ich den Abend auch nicht noch länger ausgedehnt. Am Morgen habe ich mich dann mit @bechibenner und @werkseber getroffen, die im selben Hotel eingecheckt haben.
Was wir noch alles so rund um das Meet Up erlebt haben, werdet ihr bestimmt noch erfahren. Ich werde mich jetzt erst mal weiter durch eine lange Zugreise kämpfen.
Ja wie geil den hast du auch noch geschafft, top. Ja war ein gutes Hotel für den Preis, kann man nichts sagen bisschen weit weg vom Schuss dafür Nachts ruhe.

Thanks to you I got to understand why was it that hard to find accommodations and the higher prices on the weekend. Now I’m relieve that I can go back to Hamburg in a affordable seasons hahaha. I didn’t knew when I meet you that you had so long trip, hope you already had the time to rest.
