How are you hive run, how are you, I hope you are feeling very well, I am feeling excellent, today I am going to show you my races of the last week of January and with the following three races I say goodbye to the month.
This week I started with the right foot, and is that week by week I'm realizing that my leg muscles are getting more and more formed and are much more resistant, I started on Monday with a distance of 3.04 km and with a time of 17:54 minutes, and it was really soft, my legs were not bothered by that jogging so I started doing a routine of normal squats 10 reps, 4 sets, and also calf extensions 10 reps, 4 sets, it was not a hard routine but to start the week is more than fine.
I don't know if it has happened to you, and I want you to confirm me the running, and is that the second day of the week that you go jogging you feel with more capacity, some may say to me, why does this happen, and is that on Wednesday, is always the day where I really feel more active and I can give much more, that?s why this day I did a distance of 4. 48km and with a time of 26:22 minutes, for me it was an impression because although, I had seen that I was jogging more than the account, I did not think that I jog that distance and with that time, which for me is an achievement, in this day I was so energetic that I did a strong routine, (or for me is strong 🤣) the exercises are: jumping squats 3 sets 15 reps, normal squats 4 sets 7 reps, calf extension 4 sets 10 reps, and at the end I ran twice at full power.
If I said that on Wednesdays I feel too energetic, on Fridays I feel lacking and of course I understand this, because of the accumulated fatigue that was carried throughout the week, anyway that did not stop me from not doing my race, and the distance of this race impressed me as it was more than Monday, it was 3.18km and a time of 17:50, no force too much and I did not implement a routine for this day, as I had all the fatigue of the week and just jogging.
As you can see, my runs are paying off every week I am raising the level a little, I feel healthier, before I walked a block and already felt that I was going to give me a heart attack, because I had very little resistance, now it is the opposite, I perform more in the day and incredibly makes me healthier, I hope you liked my publication and see you in a next ❤️

Cómo ven, mis carreras están dando frutos cada semana estoy subiendo un poco el nivel, me siento más sano, antes caminaba una cuadra y ya sentía que me iba a dar un ataque al corazón, porque tenía muy poca resistencia, ahora es todo lo contrario, rindo más en el día y increíblemente me hace más sano, espero que les haya gustado mi publicacion y nos vemos en una próxima ❤️

Saludos Brayan, vas muy bien, corriendo de manera progresiva y con constancia se puede lograr mucho y tu cuerpo como lo estás experimentando es el más beneficiado. Lo que siente con tus días miércoles cuando sientes que rindes más, es el cuerpo que se va adaptando y así vas viendo los avances. Exitos para ti!
