Fui temprano, a las 7 am, con la esperanza de hacer un buen entrenamiento.
¡Mi mamá me acompañó! Dijo que también quería trotar, así que se fue conmigo. Nos llevamos lo esencial:
☑ El mata-perros 3000 (tubo de metal en la foto adjunta). Es imprescindible para caminar por el barrio temprano. Te proporciona la seguridad que necesitas al salir a correr por una zona llena de perros sueltos. Su peso ligero y facilidad de agarre lo hace el compañero idóneo para el deportista de hoy. ¿Un malandro intenta asaltarte para quitarte el teléfono mientras corres? No te preocupes. Nuestro producto se transformará automáticamente, y por arte se magia, en el mata-malandros 3000. ¡Llama ya y no recibirás uno, sino DOS! (Ningún perro ha sido lastimado en la elaboración de este comercial).
☑ Agua. Yo me llevo un litro. Mejor tener agua y no necesitarla que necesitarla y no tenerla. Normalmente me la bebo toda.
☑ El teléfono con Strava funcionando correctamente en una prueba previa. No queremos que se registre mal nuestro entrenamiento.
☑ Auriculares, que evitan que mis oídos duelan.
☑ Por supuesto, indumentaria cómoda para correr. ¡Y a estrenar oficialmente mi gorra y mi camisa!

☑ Water. I'll take a quart. Better to have water and not need it than to need it and not have it. I usually drink it all.
