Hola queridos amigos un cordial saludo a toda la plataforma Hive y a la gran comunidad de Hive run ,espero se encuentren todos muy bien, que hayan disfrutado de este fin de semana .
El día de hoy les presento mi actividad grupal con los runners @jorgelissanchez y @leomontagg como es costumbre nos reunimos en la plaza principal de la comunidad para ponernos de acuerdo con la ruta a seguir, luego de esto realizamos el acostumbrado calentamiento neuromuscular para poner a tono los músculos y las articulaciones de todo el cuerpo en la misma plaza . Desde allí mismo comenzamos la carrera tomando la vía nacional troncal 9 corriendo un total de 5.5 kilómetros ida y vuelta tomando como retorno el centro del municipio vecino y regresando a la comunidad de los arroyos,mi amigo leo se propuso alcanzar 7 kilómetros ,de momento no quise correrlos completos porque recientemente tengo una quemadura en una pantorrilla y no quería hacer mucho desarreglo ya que está cicatrizando .
Fue un buen recorrido a pesar del calor de la tarde me sentí muy bien una corrida muy fluida, sin embargo hizo mucha falta la presencia de los demás compañeros . Sin más q agregar les deseo feliz noche y un excelente inicio de semana un abrazo.

Today I present my group activity with runners @jorgelissanchez and @leomontagg as usual we met in the main square of the community to agree with the route to follow, after this we made the usual neuromuscular warm up to tone muscles and joints throughout the body in the same square. From there we started the race taking the national road trunk 9 running a total of 5.5 kilometers round trip taking as a return the center of the neighboring municipality and returning to the community of streams, my friend leo was proposed to reach 7 kilometers, at the moment I did not want to run them all because I recently have a burn on a calf and did not want to do much disarray as it is healing.
It was a good run despite the heat of the afternoon I felt very well a very smooth run, however it was very lacking the presence of the other companions. Without more q add I wish you happy evening and an excellent start of the week a hug.
