Hola amigos queridos amigos de Hive y comunidad Hive run. Un cordial saludo desde la distancia espero hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana. El día de hoy les traigo mi actividad de entrenamiento grupal. En el cual me acompañaron los runners @jorgelissanchez , @emiliocabrera y @leomontagg.
La actividad comenzó con un rápido calentamiento muscular debido a que el día estaba lluvioso el punto de inicio del del recorrido fue la plaza los arroyos tomando la carretera nacional Carúpano guiiria sector los arroyos retornando en la plaza san juan de banco obrero. Fue un buen recorrido en el cual nos acompaño un poco de lluvia pero la pasamos muy bien correr bajo el aguacero me recuerda cuando era niño y salí a jugar fútbol bajo la lluvia. Sin más que agregar les deseo feliz noche y un inicio de semana lleno de éxitos y full energía. se les quiere

The activity began with a quick muscle warm up because the day was rainy, the starting point of the tour was the plaza los arroyos taking the national road Carúpano guiiria sector los arroyos returning in the plaza san juan de banco obrero. It was a good tour in which we were accompanied by a little rain but we had a great time running under the downpour reminds me of when I was a kid and went out to play soccer in the rain.
