Esta semanas han sido muy ajetreadas, por lo cual trotar se me ha complicado, hoy, me tocó una mañana mucho más tranquila, por lo cual pude darme la oportunidad de salir a ejercitarme un poco.

Suele tener una labor tan constante que se me pasa el tiempo sin darme cuenta, cuantos días llevo sin trotar, me puedo percatar de esta situación por qué el cuerpo comienza a hablarme desde la incomodidad y el dolor, hasta en la respiración y me puedo percatar de la falta de ejercicios.
I usually have such a constant work that time goes by without realizing how many days I have not been jogging, I can notice this situation because my body starts to talk to me from the discomfort and pain, even in my breathing and I can notice the lack of exercise.

Crisly no pudo acompañarme, aparte del tema de los zapatos, digamos que está muy activa con su negocio de comida, el cual le va muy bien y a la vez la felicito mucho, espero que pueda desarrollar muchos éxitos en todo este nuevo emprendimiento. Espero trotar con ella la semana que viene, para así seguir compartiendo nuestros procesos deportivos.
Crisly could not join me, apart from the issue of shoes, let's say she is very active with her food business, which is doing very well and at the same time I congratulate her very much, I hope she can develop many successes in all this new venture.
