Aunque me levanté muy temprano, me desocupe como antes de las 6, me arregle, calenté un poco y comencé mi recorrido, como era ya bastante tarde para mí, hoy me tocaba ir a la escuela en la mañana, estamos terminando unos pendientes, para dejarlo listo antes de Semana Santa, así que sin más, me sume a la aventura, los primeros dos kilómetros los corrí tranquila sin perseguidores caninos, supongo que estaban durmiendo 🤭, ya a la mitad de trayecto, tuve que caminar rápido, ya que medio intentaba correr me sonreían, nada amable por cierto, me enseñaban su sonrisa y sus dientes afilados 😁, así transcurrió los 3 kilómetros restantes entre caminatas y trotes, lo bueno de todo que pude terminar mis 5 kilómetros propuestos.
Although I woke up very early, I got up before 6 o'clock, I got dressed, warmed up a little and started my run, as it was already quite late for me, today I had to go to school in the morning, we are finishing some pending, to leave it ready before Easter, so without further ado, I joined the adventure, the first two kilometers I ran quietly without canine pursuers, I guess they were sleeping 🤭, already half way, I had to walk fast, because half I tried to run they smiled at me, not at all nice by the way, they showed me their smile and their sharp teeth 😁, so I spent the remaining 3 kilometers between walking and jogging, the good thing of all that I could finish my 5 kilometers proposed.
Después, me fui a mi escondite favorito, para recibir los rayos del sol por unos minutos, contemplé la vista y el amanecer. ¡Qué belleza terminar nuestra jornada con semejante hermosura 😍! Ese, es el lado bueno de correr en mi comunidad, me reconforta este espacio digno de frecuentar, a lo lejos estaban unos pescadores en su faena, extrañe esta actividad, recuerdo que de pequeña me iba a pescar con mi abuelo y papá, ambos se encuentran en el plano espiritual 🥺, recuerdos que seguirán vivos hasta mi existencia.
Afterwards, I went to my favorite hiding place, to receive the sun's rays for a few minutes, I contemplated the view and the sunrise, how beautiful to end our day with such beauty 😍! That, is the good side of running in my community, I am comforted by this space worthy of frequenting, in the distance were some fishermen in their task, I missed this activity, I remember as a child I used to go fishing with my grandfather and dad, both are in the spiritual plane 🥺, memories that will remain alive until my existence.
En total recorrí 5.05 kilómetros, en un tiempo de 40 minutos con 16 segundos, a un ritmo promedio de 7 minutos con 58 segundos, mi parcial más rápido fue de 7 minutos con 24 segundos. Me encantó el resultado, aunque si no hubiera sido por los caninos, mi tiempo fuera otro, lo bueno, es que pude mantener dos kilómetros seguidos en 7 minutos, allí voy, cada vez ganando más espacio, eso es algo positivo y me motiva a seguir por más. In total I covered 5.05 kilometers, in a time of 40 minutes and 16 seconds, at an average pace of 7 minutes and 58 seconds, my fastest partial was 7 minutes and 24 seconds. I was delighted with the result, although if it had not been for the canines, my time would have been different, the good thing is that I could keep two kilometers in a row in 7 minutes, there I go, each time gaining more space, that is something positive and motivates me to keep going for more.
