Last December, I was diagnosed with depression. I felt something was wrong with my body and mind when I felt that way. I evaluated myself, I was not moving enough. The sports I did were also minimal and as much as I could. Running was my choice of sport before depression occurred. This year, the target is to recover.
Last month, I committed to being able to exercise more regularly. Running and walking interspersed. Last month, my running was not too intense. Early this month was the same, after finishing fasting, my commitment had to be strengthened. Exercise is a therapy to release emotions and thoughts, that's what I believe.

This week, after arriving in Jakarta, I went back to running and walking. this time with the same route, the Salemba-Kwitang route. This route is what I usually do when walking. This time I changed it to running. It made me sweat quite a bit. This time, I thought about using the closest route. Usually, I like the atmosphere of Gelora Bung Karno.
Then, how about my running pace? Quite challenging with this route. On this route, I had to cross a pedestrian bridge. So, I had to climb the stairs first, walk and go back down. Then I ran again. When I passed this, I was worried that I would fall if I ran.
Back again, with my running Pace. In these three kilometers, the Pace in the first kilometer was around 9:16. The second lap, 9:38. This last kilometer, seems to be an error. I don't know. If you look at the moving time and elapsed time, there is a difference of 10 minutes. Did I stop my Strava when I ran?
I always put my cellphone in my pants pocket. It seems to be an error. This will be a lesson for me in the future, to be more careful in keeping my cellphone in my pants pocket. This, I don't mean to cheat, it is indeed my mistake. That's my only story. See you in the next story.
