My Progress WeeklyRun , From 3K and Finally 5K

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I would like to share my running agenda. This week I went back to Bandung, to visit my sister. Checking on her education and home.

Yesterday, I was tracking to Sunan Ibu. Today, I ran at the Sararua sports arena. This place is a sports center in Bandung. In addition to parks, Bandung has quite a lot of sports areas. This time, I tried here.

Usually, when I go to Bandung, I run at Gasibu. Gasibu is in the city center and very close to the West Java government center. People from outside the city will definitely stop by there. In Saparua, I only saw Bandung residents.

The jogging track here has been renovated a lot. Some places are being renovated. There is a place for badminton. The jogging track here is quite small. I did more than 10 laps to reach the 5K run.

In addition, my favorite songs are my strength to reach the 5K. I listened to my favorite K-Pop song, EXO from the latest album. I have to try it on the next run.

The atmosphere is indeed for exercise. So, I can try to run 5K. Not too tired and I can control my breathing optimally. Oh yeah, there are also many food and drink sellers here. I don't worry if I'm thirsty.

That's all I can share about my running progress this week. It seems that by the end of this year I am optimistic that I can join the 5K marathon. Finally, I can reach my target. See you in my next story.
