Hello everyone, before leaving for Jakarta, I ran 3K again. Actually I was not satisfied with this 3K run. Because it seemed very rushed, especially after running I was going to Jakarta. It felt like I was running as if I was being chased by a dog and wanted to finish. Isn't it good to run very relaxed?
What was the route I took? The route was still the same as before, but I didn't go around the Bandung city government park. I went around until I got close to the hospital, to get 3K. With a previous commitment, I started my routine training with a distance of 3K three times a week.

At the end of the month I will increase the distance to a distance of 10K. This run, although it seemed rushed, everything went smoothly and safely. My stomach didn't hurt, my head wasn't dizzy and I didn't experience any signs of being unwell. How about my running pace?
The pace on the first lap was 8:41. Then, 9:19 and finally 8:52. I stopped at kilometer 1.5 because of the road crossing, the risk of running in the middle of the city is like this. I don't go to the sports arena in Bandung. But, once in a while I will try to exercise there.
In the past, I imagined being able to run in Bandung, because my house is quite far from Bandung. It takes 2 hours to get to Bandung. Today, I live in Jakarta. Once in Bandung to visit my younger sister, everything is fulfilled. I can enjoy the afternoon and evening in the city.
It seems that this route is my favorite route while in Bandung, because it reminds me of my childhood with my parents. In the past, I often went to this area with my parents. This brings back my memories with them.
It feels good to run while bringing back childhood memories. Like nostalgia. It's not a burden when I run this time. But, I need to try another route and start running in the morning. That's all I can tell. See you in another story.
