Hii have runner, how are you guys? It's February but it's still raining here. How is it over there? Is it raining too?
Last week, I ran at the stadium, I invited two of my friends who I have never invited to run together, actually they are my coworkers. Since they wanted to run with me, I invited them.
The stadium was very crowded that day, because the track inside the stadium was closed due to an event. So all the visitors who came ran outside the stadium. It was really crowded this time. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday afternoon. But before that, we warmed up first, and then ran.
Because it was crowded, we had to dodge people and find a gap so as not to bump into other visitors, to the point where I wanted to run somewhere else, which was quieter, but then again, it was a Sunday afternoon. Everywhere was crowded.
My first pace was 8.41. I completed my 5km in early February. With an avg pace of 9:45/km. My friends stopped at km 3. Because my carb loading only took 1 hour, the whole run at km. 3. After that we sat for a while before cooling down.
After cooling down, we got ready to go home, because it was getting dark and on Monday we had to go back to work. We didn't have a group photo for this exercise. There was only a paused video that I took while we were running.
