Hii hive running, how are you? We Muslims have entered the fasting month, and it's already our second day of fasting. But even though we are fasting, we are not required to be lazy. We have to stay active.

Since I went back to my mom's house this weekend, I decided to run in the afternoon while waiting for iftar time, when we start drinking and eating. I started running at 5:30pm. It's true, I was too late to start running. That's why I could only run 3km.

This time I didn't run to the beach, because this morning I had gone to the beach, and the beach I used to go to was not what it used to be, it had become a paid location.
So I ran on location in the factory neighborhood.

The streets are quite crowded with motorcyclists, as many of them are going to buy food for iftar, and some are just walking around to wait for iftar time.

My first pace was 8:28/km. With a moving time of 27:08. Completed the first 3 km after 2 weeks of not running. I guess it's not bad. (Is it because I'm still training on the treadmill?).

Because it was too late in the afternoon, I didn't warm up properly and only briefly, because I was afraid I'd be late getting home, and it was already time to break the fast. So I did it on a whim. Luckily my leg was fine, I was a little afraid that my injury that had improved would recur. But luckily it didn't.

When I got home, I immediately cooled down properly, and I got a little scolding from mom, because 10 minutes before iftar, I just came. Haha. Well, I won't repeat running too late. In the next workout, I will start earlier.
