How are you guys doing this week? I haven't done any running this week, because I've been working late a few times, I actually wanted to this afternoon, but it's been raining all afternoon.
So yeah, I could only do the gym. It just so happened that this morning's leg workout was scheduled. Yup, that's right, on my day off I did leg training! I wanted to take the day off and skip it, but foot training is very important for runners, right?
Today I trained with my friend, first I did squats, because the Smit machine was being used by another member, so I squatted using a dumble, I used a 4k dumble (sorry not recorded) and did 12 reps, and repeated it for 4 sets.
Followed by lunges, balancing here was very difficult, because I felt like falling and the backs of my legs hurt, because I chose a pedestal in any place. I kept it the same as the first rep, 12 reps on each right leg, then immediately switched to the left leg.
This time only 3 sets. Because my legs immediately felt hot haha.
Of course it doesn't stop there, I also do standing calf raises, for the calf muscles. Actually, this one was really good to do, and I liked it. It's just that the foam for support on the shoulders feels too pressing, so it feels a little painful.
Those 3 moves were the only ones that could be recorded, there were leg extensions and leg presses too, but you were too focused on training, and also other members were arriving one by one, so it was quite crowded, and I didn't want to disturb the other members.

for men, this exercise is really very difficult. it seems to be the exercise that almost all women in the gym like, they are so strong.
For women, this exercise is really good, we can do everyday haha
