Hello, runners

This week I ran a total of 10.07 kilometres on the 4th and 5th of November.Lately, why have I been so lazy about training to support my running performance? In the past, I used to alternate between running and training at home, such as leg day or other exercises, once a week.

Now, for several months, I haven't been doing that. As a result, my stamina has also changed. My waistline used to be fine, but now it has reached 76 centimetres. OMG! My healthy limit is 80 cm, so I have to try to start other exercises again and run more diligently.

On 4 November, I ran 5.04 kilometres in 37 minutes and 34 seconds. Meanwhile, my average pace was 7.27/km. On 5 November, with a similar distance and time, I also completed 5 kilometres with a pace of 7.10/km. Yes, in the end, I'm still stuck there. My half marathon plan will have to be postponed for now. I need to improve my performance, durability, endurance, and many other things.

Running helps me understand my own body better and realise that the one who can control our physical condition is ourselves, not others.As for the lake, there wasn't much to note over those two days. Everything was ordinary. That's just a recap of my run this week. See you next week!
