Hello, runners. How are you this week?Speaking of running, there is always a lot of drama between runners. On social media, for example. Runners with a fast pace talk about runners who are still slow. Not to mention, if a runner is not wearing clothes from a certain well-known brand, they will definitely be gossiped about, not to mention other equipment.

.
Apart from talking about running, people are very busy commenting on many things about others, especially their appearance. I sometimes read threads like that and feel horrified. It takes a lot of determination for someone to start getting used to running, so why don't they see the good progress that person is making instead of focusing on their clothes or pace? Is it the same in your country? Of course, this is not something I experience myself, but something that people on social media experience.

For me personally, I am very happy to see someone who is starting to wonder and become aware of sports, especially running. For example, my friends Zaza and Depi, they are starting to get interested in running and are asking about how to start running. Even though I am only a recreational runner, I really like their determination and intention. I am usually happy to give them a few basic tips or share my experiences from when I first started running. We share and talk a lot about running. It's a lot of fun.

This week, as usual, I ran twice, covering a distance of 5 kilometres each day. So my achievement this week is 10km. The first day was on the 19th and the second day was on the 21st. I didn't run for two days. Not only was it raining heavily, but I also had stomach cramps due to PMS. It wasn't too bad, but it certainly made me feel uncomfortable. So, I'll probably run again tomorrow if the weather is good.

Oh, you know, I have a pimple right next to my nostril. PMS pimple. Ha ha ha. I'm challenging myself not to pop it until it goes away on its own. Sorry if my information is not very important, but I'm starting to like myself more because I'm brave enough to be consistent. And hopefully this will continue forever. Consistent running. Thank you for reading my weekly recap. See you next week. Bye!
