Hola linda comunidad de Hive espero qué se encuentren bien en sus casitas.Hoy estamos en un pequeño compartir familiar así que decidí hacer un sabroso dulce de coco o lo que comúnmente llamamos en este pueblo, turrón de coco.Asi que aproveche para enseñarles a ustedes mis amigos de Hive, mi deliciosa receta.
Today we are in a small family sharing so I decided to make a tasty coconut candy or what we commonly call in this town, coconut nougat, so I took the opportunity to show you my friends of Hive, my delicious recipe.
INGREDIENTES:
AZÚCAR.
COLOR VEJETAL AMARILLO.
COCO.
INGREDIENTS:
SUGAR.
YELLOW VEJETAL COLOR.
COCO.
PREPARACIÓN:
Primero empecé pelando los Cocos le saque el agua, luego ralle algunos pedazos de coco y otros fueron recortados muy delgados,de 4 a 3 cm de largo aproximadamente.
PREPARATION:
First I started by peeling the coconuts and removing the water, then I shredded some pieces of coconut and others were cut very thin, about 4 to 3 cm long.
Luego lo puse a Fuego lento con dos vasos de agua y le agregué 10 gotas de color vejetal amarillo. Cuando comenzó a hervir le agregué el azúcar y empecé a menearlo lentamente hasta que hiciera una consistencia caramelosa.
Then I put it on low heat with two glasses of water and added 10 drops of yellow vejetal color. When it started to boil I added the sugar and began to stir it slowly until it made a caramel consistency.
Deje que secara un poco y ya está listo nuestro delicioso dulce solo nos quedará servirlo en porciones para disfrutar de nuestro delicioso dulce. Cómo verán en la imagen yo lo tendí para que se me enfriará más rápido y poder picarlo en porciones pequeñas y así me alcanzara para esta grande y bella familia que tengo.
Let it dry a little and now our delicious candy is ready, we just need to serve it in portions to enjoy our delicious candy. As you can see in the picture, I spread it out so that it would cool faster and I could cut it into small portions and so I could have enough for this big and beautiful family that I have.
