Bukhara plum stew

Alu Mesma stew is a traditional Iranian stew with a mellow and very delicious taste, which is served as a main dish with rice. This stew can be prepared with chicken and meat.

Ingrediency :

2 pieces of boneless chicken breast

15-20 plums

1 carrot

1 small potato

1 large onion

Brewed saffron in the required amount

Salt and pepper as needed

Half a tablespoon of tomato paste

Sugar as needed

First, cut the onion into slices and fry it with a little oil. Then chop the chickens. and fry with onions. Wash and soak the plums
When the chickens are a little cooked, add the plums. Grate carrots and add to plums. Then add boiled saffron, salt, and pepper to it. About 40 minutes before cooking, slice and fry the potatoes and add them to it. Add the tomato paste and let all the good ingredients cook together and settle.
After 10 minutes of stewing, taste it and if it is sour, add some sugar to make it sweet. You can slice plums with a spoon to add flavor to the stew. This stew should be mashed with plums.

• The amount of adding sugar depends on your taste and the sourness of plums.

• In this stew, you can use Bukhara plums, yellow and black plums.

• In this stew, you can not use tomato paste and adjust its color with saffron.

• If you like this stew sour, you can not add sugar. But the essence of this stew is Melees.
