I think 3 and 4 are the foundation of productivity. Managing your day helps you manage your week. Managing your week helps you manage your month, and so on. If you focus on having a productive day, you realize that you need moments of focus and deep work. This is where you kill distractions. Less distractions makes you more productive and being more productive makes you feel good and gives you clarity to work on your goals.
