¿Conoces el princess challenge? pues.... / ¿Do you know the princess challenge? well....

Últimamente en las redes sociales se ha viralizado un “reto” llamado Princess Challenge, consiste en tomarte una foto luciendo como alguna princesa de Disney, sinceramente quería hacerlo pero me canse de buscar alguna princesa que se pareciera a mi, ninguna me representa así que decidí hacer mi propio reto “Cosplay Challenge”.

Lately in social networks a "challenge" has been viralized called Princess Challenge, it consists of taking a photo of you looking like a Disney princess, I sincerely wanted to do it but I got tired of looking for a princess that looked like me, none represents me so I decided do my own challenge "Cosplay Challenge".

Yo elegí un personaje de una serie llamada “Naruto” este personaje se llama Gaara, es un personaje masculino, pero lo quise representar en versión mujer, así que decidí maquillarme y editar las fotografías ya que no tengo el cabello rojo ni los ojos como él.

I chose a character from a series called "Naruto" this character is called Gaara, he is a male character, but I wanted to represent him in a female version, so I decided to put on makeup and edit the photos since I do not have red hair or eyes like him.

Aquí les muestro mi desastroso estuche de maquillaje, comencé a maquillarme de una manera algo simple, ya que las imágenes las iba a editar posteriormente.

Here I show you my disastrous makeup case, I started to put on makeup in a somewhat simple way, since I was going to edit the images later.

Comencé a agregar base en mi rostro, me coloque la base más clara que conseguí y luego me coloque el polvo de la cara.

I started adding foundation to my face, I put on the lightest foundation I got, and then I put the powder on my face.

El siguiente paso fue maquillarme los ojos, estuve guiándome por varias fotografías del personaje al mismo tiempo que me maquillaba para hacer lo mejor posible.

The next step was to make up my eyes, I was guided by several photographs of the character at the same time that I put on makeup to do my best.

Usé este lapiz de ojos primero, y luego que delinee completamente todo, repase estas lineas con delineador liquido.

I used this eyeliner first, and after I completely outlined everything, go over these lines with liquid eyeliner.

Ahora con este lápiz me pinte la boca y me sombree un poco las cejas para que se vieran mas claras, ya que mis cejas son muy oscuras.

Now with this pencil I paint my mouth and shade my eyebrows a little to make them look lighter, since my eyebrows are very dark.

Con este mismo lápiz realice la marca que caracteriza a este personaje en la frente, esta fue la parte más difícil, porque nunca había dibujado alguna letra japonesa.

With this same pencil I made the mark that characterizes this character on the forehead, this was the most difficult part, because I had never drawn any Japanese letter.

Ya en este punto finalice con el maquillaje, y empecé a tomar las fotos :)

At this point I finished with the makeup, and I started taking the photos :)

Ya que quería lucir muy parecida al personaje, edite las fotos usando color rojo para mi cabello intentando darle un tono un poco más oscuro que el personaje original, además edite los ojos también y jugué con varios efectos que veremos a continuación.

Since I wanted to look very similar to the character, I edit the photos using red color for my hair trying to give it a slightly darker tone than the original character, also edit the eyes as well and played with various effects that we will see next.

En estas dos fotografías podemos apreciar el cambio de la imagen original a la edición, intente que quedaran muy exageradas para que lucieran más al estilo que quería lograr.

In these two photographs we can see the change from the original image to the edition, try to make them look too exaggerated to make them look more like the style you wanted to achieve.

Bueno amigos este fue mi post intentando hacer este “cosplay” creo que quedo bien a pesar de no tener todos los accesorios que debería tener el personaje original y la edición me tomo alrededor de 2 horas.
