Ingredients to be Used for Roasting Eggplant:

  • 1 eggplant

  • 1 small onion

  • ½ tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 medium tomato

  • Thyme, chili pepper and salt

  • Liquid oil

Making Stages:

First, let's wash the eggplant, onion and tomato. Next, let's peel the eggplant. Let's cut the eggplant, tomato and onion. It is better if you cut the eggplants a little larger than the onion and tomato. Add three tablespoons of oil to the pan, add the onions for 1-2 minutes. When the smell of onions begins to emerge; Add the tomatoes to the pan and mix. When the tomatoes start to soften, let's add tablespoon of tomato paste. Let's set the medium heat to low heat and then add the eggplants to the pan. Finally, add salt, thyme, and pepper. Let's cook it this way for about 15 minutes. Let's mix the pan every 3-4 minutes. When the eggplants are cooked; Fried Eggplant with Sauce is Ready!
