Materials to be Used in Making Lemon Cake:
3 eggs, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 tea glass of oil
1.5 grated lemon + 1/2. Tea glass of lemon juice
Baking powder, 3 glasses of flour, 1 glass of milk
Making Stages:
First put 3 eggs in a bowl, then add sugar and mix. Then grate the lemon zest and add it. Then squeeze out the lemon juice and add it to the cake mortar. Add oil, baking powder, milk and finally flour and mix well. Pour the inner mortar of the cake into the cake mold. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes and add the sugar to the powder after slicing.
