  • Ground beef, onion, pepper and spices

For the sauce:

  • Yogurt, garlic, and spices

Turkish Ravioli Making Stages:

We put flour first for a large plate, I put 4 cups of flour, but I think only 2 cups of flour is enough in the initial stage. After putting flour, leave space in the middle and add salt, eggs. After adding, mix slowly and add water to make the Turkish ravioli dough become smooth, but make sure that the dough is not runny. The dough should not be hard or runny. Divide the dough into two equal parts and put it on hold. Now we will start preparing the inner mortar of Turkish ravioli. For internal mortar ; Add minced meat, onion and spices and mix. Take care that the onions are thin and small. We start to open the dough that we put on hold, it is better to have the consistency in the thickness when opening the pie. Then we cut it into square pieces, put the inner mortar in the middle of the square pieces by finger, right in the middle and make the square ends on top of each other, and we create the first Turkish ravioli. Do this until your frames are gone. Boil the last stage Turkish manti in water and don't forget to add yogurt, sauce and spices.
