I am very happy to share the 5th grade of today's menu series. I made the first meal of today locally and explained how Turkish Ravioli was made in my previous article. I wanted to evaluate the minced meat that we used in Turkish Ravioli and started to prepare meatball potatoes in the oven. I had written the recipe for meatballs with vegetables and plain meatballs in the oven before. I completed the menu by making a salad next to the Turkish ravioli and the meatballs + potatoes in the oven. Now let's talk about baked meatball potatoes and salad.

How to Make Baked Meatball + Potato? - Making Stages :
It is one of my favorite dishes, as baked meatballs + potatoes are both easy to make and very tasty. The trick is to make the meatball and shape the meatball. We mix minced meat, stale bread, finely cut onions, salt pepper and chili peppers in a plate. In order for the meatball to be in the consistency, we should add a little water. Then, place the meatballs in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. You should definitely shape it before putting it in the refrigerator. I love it more roundly but you can do it any way you want. After buying from the refrigerator, I recommend you to put olive oil or greaseproof paper under the tray we will give to the oven. Then place the meatballs, you can put the potatoes next to it and green pepper if you want. Bake at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
