The Grand Tour of Switzerland leads through the complete Switzerland. It passes through 11 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, 51 cities, over 5 alpine passes and along 22 lakes. The famous Route 66 in the USA was the inspiration. The section between Einsiedeln and Schaffhausen along the beautiful Lake Zurich offers many views and attractions. Here are some pictures from last week in Rapperswil.
Along about 1600 kilometers leads the Grand Tour of Switzerland through the most beautiful places and shows how varied and diverse this country is. The numerous photo spots with the most beautiful views invite you everywhere to take pictures. At the moment there are 58 of them distributed over the whole Switzerland. Whether I will visit them all stations once? maybe.
It's worth stopping to off, for example, on the wooden bridge between Rapperswil and Hurden.
