Getting back to workout can get daunting but sometime we come back stronger and I believe you'll get there! Water intakes can be a tricky one cause I agree how hard it is to drink water during the cold days! I'm struggling right now since when I stay has gotten colder and 3 liters a day seems like a daunting cause I barely reach 2 liters😂. I read somewhere that drinking excess water than the body can take in can be a problem (Can't guarantee the truth of this information though). As a fellow procrastinator, it's not easy to get things done when that energy falls but I'm happy that you're noticing that and trying to make the change!

Drinking water is haaaaaaard, lol. I read this comment and took a sip because I remembered, lol. But it is totally true that drinking a lot of water more than the body can take can be a problem, yes.
