Para hacer el arroz necesitamos:
- 250 gramos de arroz blanco
- Cebolla, tomate, zanahoria.

Onion, tomato, carrot.
Cortamos la cebolla, el tomate y procedemos a rallar la zanahoria. Sofreímos en aceite los vegetales previamente picados y agregamos el arroz, luego agregamos agua y sal, tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento.
We cut the onion, the tomato and proceed to grate the carrot. Sauté the previously chopped vegetables in oil and add the rice, then add water and salt, cover and let it cook over low heat.
Para hacer el pollo guisado Vamos a necesitar:
- Pollo
- Cebolla, pimentón.
- Salsa de ajo, salsa inglesa.
- Aliños al gusto.

Garlic sauce, Worcestershire sauce.
Dressings to taste.
En una olla aliñamos el pollo al gusto, luego le agregamos la cebolla y el pimentón cortado en juliana. Tapamos la olla y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento.
In a pot we season the chicken to taste, then we add the onion and the julienned paprika. Cover the pot and let it cook over low heat.
Para finalizar ponemos a sancochar un plátano para acompañar la comida.
Finally, we cook a plantain to accompany the meal.
