En el día de hoy amigos me uno a esta iniciativa de @yolimarag donde nos invita a compartir cuales son nuestros 3 deportes favoritos y los que recuerdo en especial son los que practicaba cuando estudiaba bachillerato, así que de eso les contaré mis experiencias.
Today friends I join this initiative of @yolimarag where he invites us to share which are our 3 favorite sports and the ones I especially remember are the ones I practiced when I was studying high school, so I will tell you about my experiences.
Volleyball
Este fue uno de los deportes que primero practiqué, recuerdo que tenía un profesor muy exigente y nos hacía practicar por horas, sobre todo el saque de la pelota, había veces que llegaba a mi casa con los brazos llenos de moretones. Pero con el tiempo le tomé gusto a este deporte en equipo, hice buenas amigas y nos divertíamos jugando, tengo bellos recuerdos de esos días.
Nunca llegué a ser tan buena jugadora, yo era muy delgada y en los remates no podía con la fuerza del golpe, pero nunca dejé de jugar ya que me gustaba mucho.
This was one of the sports that I practiced first. I remember that I had a very demanding teacher and he made us practice for hours, especially kicking the ball, there were times when he would come home with his arms full of bruises. But over time I took a liking to this team sport, I made good friends and we had fun playing, I have beautiful memories of those days. I never got to be such a good player, I was very thin and in the spikes I couldn't handle the force of the blow, but I never stopped playing since I liked it a lot.
Atletismo
También practiqué este deporte en el colegio, me encantaba correr y era muy buena, gané algunas competencias en mi colegio, lo que me llenó de muchas satisfacciones.
Mi mayor problema con este deporte es que a pesar que era muy rápida no tenía mucha resistencia y me cansaba muy rápido perdiendo velocidad. Aunque debo decir que es un deporte que requiere de mucha práctica y entrenamiento como la mayoría.
Athletics
I also practiced this sport at school, I loved running and I was very good, I won some competitions at my school, which filled me with great satisfaction. My biggest problem with this sport is that even though I was very fast, I didn't have much resistance and I got tired very quickly, losing speed. Although I must say that it is a sport that requires a lot of practice and training like most.
La Natación
En mi colegio teníamos una piscina, era un colegio muy grande y con excelentes instalaciones. Me sentía afortunada de estudiar allí ya que teníamos de todo para hacer prácticamente cualquier deporte que nos gustara.
Lo que más me gusta de la natación es que es un deporte donde se ejercita todo el cuerpo y de manera divertida, sin una gota de sudor. Practico la natación cuando puedo y tengo acceso a una piscina, me encanta nadar.
Swimming
At my school we had a swimming pool, it was a very large school with excellent facilities. I felt lucky to study there since we had everything to do practically any sport that we liked. What I like the most about swimming is that it is a sport where the whole body is exercised in a fun way, without a drop of sweat. I swim when I can and I have access to a pool, I love to swim.
