A few months ago one of the mustard greens in my garden started flowering.
I did not harvest the flowers which then grew into seeds.
This type of vegetable is "Caisim" which is still in the same family as mustard greens but has a lighter taste.
I felt that it was quite a long time waiting for these seeds to dry naturally on the plant.
There are some plants that failed to seed to dry due to strong winds a few weeks ago.
Today I harvest the seeds from one plant. Meanwhile, other plants are still waiting for the seeds to dry completely.
I am grateful to be able to grow vegetables that are so fertile that they even exceed the size generally sold in the market.
So in one plant has many seeds. These are the seeds I managed to collect from only one "Caisim" plant.
I will use the seeds for seeding when the intensity of rain in my area decreases.
