[Esp-Eng] Deliciosos buñuelos de calabaza🎃/ Delicious pumpkin fritters🎃

Buenos días amigos de Hive, quiero presentarles a un rico dulce llamado buñuelo😋, estas delicias tienen la característica de ser fritos y elaborados con harina, hay distintos ingredientes que pueden incorporarse hasta rellenos, pero el día de hoy nuestro protagonista será la calabaza. Haremos unos bueñuelos que incluya este gran alimento para hacerlo un poco más saludable y al freírlo quedará con una superficie crocante que se llenaráde textura y más sabor para este grandioso dulce. 😉

Good morning Hive friends, I want to introduce you to a delicious sweet called buñuelo😋, these delicacies have the characteristic of being fried and made with flour, there are different ingredients that can be incorporated even stuffed , but today our protagonist will be the pumpkin. We will make some fritters that include this great food to make it a little healthier and when frying it, it will have a crispy surface that will be filled with texture and more flavor for this great sweet. 😉

Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza de calabaza cocida.
  • 200 gr de harina de trigo.
  • 1 huevo.
  • 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio.
  • 1/2 taza de leche.
  • Aceite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked pumpkin.
  • 200 gr of wheat flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 1/2 cup of milk.
  • Oil.

Preparación:

Iniciamos retirando la piel y picando en trozos pequeños la pulpa de la calabaza.

We start by removing the skin and chopping the pumpkin pulp into small pieces.

En una olla con agua a fuego medio vamos agregar los trozos picados, dejaremos cocinar hasta que ablanden. Luego los escurrimos retirando toda el agua posible y dejamos enfriar.

In a pot with water over medium heat, add the chopped pieces, let them cook until they soften. Then we drain them, removing as much water as possible and let them cool.

En un envase trituramos los trozos de calabaza, agregamos la leche, huevo y azúcar, batiendo bien para unir toda esta mezcla.

In a container, crush the pumpkin pieces, add the milk, egg and sugar, beating well to unite all this mixture.

Seguidamente colocamos la harina poco a poco junto al bicarbonato de sodio. Si esta un poquito floja la mezcla agregamos un poco más de harina.

Ya cuando la mezcla esta un poco moldeable, hacemos las bolitas con ayuda de una cuchara o con las manos si es posible. Agregamos suficiente aceite en una olla y comenzamos a colocar los buñuelos para su fritura. Una vez que estén doradas, escurrimos su aceite en un papel mientras se enfrían

When the mixture is a little moldable, we make the balls with the help of a spoon or with our hands if possible. We add enough oil in a pot and begin to place the fritters for frying. Once they are golden brown, drain their oil on paper while they cool

Como último toque para estos deliciosos buñuelos, rociamos con azúcar para darle más dulzor a este rico aperitivo.
