SUCULENTOS MACARRONES CON POLLO: SECRETO DE MI MADRE / SUCCULENT MACARONI WITH CHICKEN: MY MOTHER'S SECRET

Buenos días amigos de HIVE, hoy quiero presentar una de mis comidas favoritas desde la infancia, cuya receta viene de mi madre y la elaboro con el mayor gusto y amor posible, por lo exquisita que es y lo que representa en mi vida: Macarrones con Pollo, cuyo origen viene de Italia, estos son llamados ‘’Macaroni’’ o ‘’Macarroni’’, y como cosa curiosa, este plato es definido de una sola manera por los italianos, por lo que no existe una clasificación que ellos consideren válida en cuanto a la pasta, en otras palabras, mientras aquí estamos acostumbrados a decir ‘’Macarrones’’ o ‘’Pasta larga’’ allá solo se refieren a estos alimentos con el término ‘’Macarroni’’. Ahora sin más preámbulos aquí les dejo como prepararla:

Good morning friends of HIVE, today I want to present one of my favorite foods since childhood, whose recipe comes from my mother and I prepare it with the greatest taste and love possible, for how exquisite it is and what it represents in my life: Macaroni with Chicken , whose origin comes from Italy, these are called '' Macaroni '' or '' Macarroni '', and as a curious thing, this dish is defined in only one way by Italians, so there is no classification that they consider valid As for pasta, in other words, while here we are used to saying '' Macaroni '' or '' Long pasta '' there they only refer to these foods with the term '' Macarroni ''. Now without further ado, here is how to prepare it:>

Ingredientes:

  • 500gr de macarrones.
  • 300gr de pollo.
  • Pure de tomate.
  • 1 cebolla
  • 3 ramas de perejil.
  • ½ pimenton.
  • Ajo.
  • Paprika
  • Aceite.
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto.
  • Secreto: leche.

Ingredients:

  • 500gr of macaroni.
  • 300gr of chicken.
  • Pure tomato.
  • 1 onion
  • 3 sprigs of parsley.
  • ½ paprika.
  • Garlic.
  • Paprika
  • Oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Secret: Milk.

1. Agregar en una sartén una cucharada de aceite y sofreír la cebolla, perejil, pimentón y ajo.

2. Agregar el pollo previamente condimentado con sal, paprika y pimienta. Dejar cocinar por unos minutos.

3. Luego agregar el puré de tomate y remover para que el pollo absorba los sabores. Colocar un poquito de agua para que la salsa tome mejor consistencia, para luego agregar un poquito de leche. En paralelo, colocar olla de agua hirviendo con una pizca de sal y agregar los macarrones, esta cocción no debe durar más de 10 min para que sus macarrones no queden tan flojos.

3. Then add the tomato puree and stir so that the chicken absorbs the flavors. Add a little water so that the sauce takes better consistency, and then add a little milk. In parallel, place a pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt and add the macaroni, this cooking should not last more than 10 min so that your macaroni are not so loose.
