As the days go by, we are observing initiatives on the platform that motivate us to write and participate at the same time. For this very reason, today I decided to join this challenge of three things you do when you are without Internet. Uno como amante a la tecnología, siempre estamos latente a que cada día estemos sin Internet, debido a que el vandalismo está presente en mi país Venezuela, en donde ciertas personas roban Cables de Internet, dejando a la población sin el beneficio de conectarnos en las diferentes páginas, con el fin de navegar.
As a technology lover, we are always aware that every day we are without Internet, due to the vandalism that is present in my country Venezuela, where certain people steal Internet cables, leaving the population without the benefit of connecting to the different pages, in order to navigate.
Yo particularmente, hago 3 cosas cuando estoy sin Internet, y por eso, hoy vengo a contárselas.
I particularly do 3 things when I am without Internet, and for that reason, today I come to tell you about them.
1. Dormir // Sleep
Cuando estoy sin Internet, lo que hago es irme a dormir y descansar un buen rato (2 horas), para luego agarrar fuerzas y pararme con buen ánimo, y así poder seguir en mi trabajo desde casa, el cual es redactar en esta plataforma tan maravillosa como Hive. Además, en muchas oportunidades el cansancio y las ocupaciones hacen que tenga que ir a dormir todas las tardes, teniendo un sueño profundo y en ocasiones tenebroso.
En realidad, dormir es sabroso y relajante, y cuando no hay Internet mucho mejor. Me olvido por completo de todo y caigo en el sueño de las fantasías, es decir, dormir.
When I'm without Internet, what I do is to go to sleep and rest for a good while (2 hours), to then get my strength and get up in good spirits, so I can continue my work from home, which is writing in this wonderful platform as Hive. Besides, in many opportunities the tiredness and the occupations make me have to go to sleep every evening, having a deep and sometimes scary sleep.
In reality, sleep is tasty and relaxing, and when there is no Internet much better. I completely forget about everything and fall into the dream of fantasies, that is, sleep.
2. Hacer deporte en mi urbanización // Doing sports in my urbanization
En el Complejo Habitacional la Gran Victoria, ubicado en el Estado Monagas, específicamente en Venezuela, suelo ir a jugar baloncesto o fútbol todas las tardes cuando no hay Internet, ya que estos dos deportes me mantienen activo físicamente y en excelentes condiciones, con la finalidad de seguir en buen ritmo y así no cansarme al momento de salir a jugar. Aparte, hacer deporte es saludable y me mantiene feliz con tantas jugadas maravillosas que hago al instante de encestar o hacer un gol al equipo contrario. A pesar de mi baja estatura, disfruto muchísimo cuando un jugador más alto que yo me marca. Entiendo que puede ser la ocasión ideal para dejarlo en el camino con mi habilidad como base armador.
In the Gran Victoria Housing Complex, located in the State of Monagas, specifically in Venezuela, I usually go to play basketball or soccer every afternoon when there is no Internet, since these two sports keep me physically active and in excellent condition, in order to keep in good rhythm and not get tired when I go out to play. Besides, playing sports is healthy and keeps me happy with so many wonderful plays that I do when I make a basket or score a goal to the opposing team. Despite my short stature, I really enjoy it when a player taller than me scores on me. I understand that it can be the ideal occasion to leave him in the way with my point guard skills.
3. Me pongo a ver películas ya descargadas en mi teléfono // I start watching movies already downloaded on my phone
A medida que avanza la tecnología, más son las oportunidades y los atajos que voy viendo al momento de ingresar a mi Telegram, en donde existen canales indispensables en donde se pueden descargar películas o series que han salido en Netflix o Disney+. Actualmente, con este Internet intermitente y pésimo en el sentido de la palabra, todas las noches me pongo a ver películas y series ya descargadas desde Telegram en mi teléfono, con la firme intención de estar al pendiente de los acontecimiento cinematográficos que van saliendo día a día. Películas como Godzilla vs Kong, La liga de la justicia de Zack Snyder, otros, me mantiene relajado y con la intriga de lo que puede pasar en casa escena de la película. Aparte, los capítulos de las series que se estrenan cada Viernes en Telegram, no me los pierdo por nada del mundo.
As technology advances, more are the opportunities and shortcuts that I see when I access my Telegram, where there are indispensable channels where you can download movies or series that have been released on Netflix or Disney+. Currently, with this Internet intermittent and lousy in the sense of the word, every night I set myself to watch movies and series already downloaded from Telegram on my phone, with the firm intention of being aware of the cinematic events that are coming out day by day. Movies like Godzilla vs Kong, ***Zack Snyder's Justice League, others. The movies like Godzilla vs. Kong, Zack Snyder's Justice League, others, keep me relaxed and with the intrigue of what can happen in every scene of the movie. Besides, the episodes of the series that are released every Friday on Telegram, I don't miss them for anything in the world.
