Entrevista con amigos.

Amigos ayer estuvimos de entrevista radial, con respecto a los futuros proyectos de formación que tenemos para el partido y quería compartirles el resumen de la entrevista. Muchas gracias a mi querída novia @anghyluz que grabo el audio y pude armar el texto de la entrevista
Buenas tardes señor Anthony. Procedo a enviarle las preguntas para la entrevista. En la medida de sus posibilidades le agradecería su respuesta. Muchas gracias de antemano.
Hablábamos acerca de un proyecto que AD está coordinando para formar a sus integrantes en diferentes áreas y cuya inversión provenía de integrantes del partido con cargos más altos.
1) ¿El proyecto tiene un nombre estipulado?
Justo ahora el proyecto carece de nombre oficial, pero, tiene dos posibles que son “formación electoral temprana” o “preparación de equipos municipales”.
2) ¿Para quiénes está dirigido el proyecto?
La base de este proyecto esta dirigido a las bases del partido Acción Democrática que actualmente hace vida bajo el liderazgo de sus secretarios generales y sectoriales en cada municipio, ya que son ellos que durante los procesos electorales son los que hacen de testigos de mesa, coordinadores de centro electoral, movilizadores, remolcadores y los demás puestos necesarios que deben ejecutar antes, durante y después de el conocido “día D” o dia de elecciones como todos conocen.
3) ¿En qué momento surgió la idea de estructurar el proyecto?
Surgió a raíz del último proceso electoral el cual demostró la falta de preparación de muchos personajes que hacen vida dentro del partido, ya que pese a tener muchos deseos de ayudar, un taller dado dos semanas antes del proceso electoral no es suficiente para todo lo que se debe conocer y todas las formas de resolver situaciones que pueden presentarse en su debida asignación.
4) ¿Qué áreas desean fortalecer dentro del partido?
Principalmente se desea fortalecer el área técnica ya que este brazo debido a las situaciones del país y acontecimientos internos del partido en los últimos años se debilito y pese a la entrada de muchas personas nuevas, estas mismas no tienen la preparación adecuada para momentos tan importantes como el de defender los votos de cada centro electoral
5) ¿Cuáles son los objetivos del proyecto?
- Fomentar la formación técnica para los procesos electorales.
- Formación legal para los próximos testigos y coordinadores de centros electorales y de esta manera
- Incrementar el sentido de pertenencia dentro y fuera de las épocas electorales
6) ¿En qué beneficia a la comunidad?
La comunidad tendrá la certeza de que hay un personal realmente capacitado a la hora de defender los votos en los próximos bailes electorales y el conocimiento de que aquellos que tengan que durar hasta altas horas de la madrugada lo harán sin dudarlo ya que serán personal con autentico compromiso.
7) ¿En qué fecha está provisto iniciar el proyecto?
Las fechas tentativas son a partir de octubre, no se a fijado un dia exacto para el arranque en todo el estado, pero se plantea que cada municipio antes de la culminación del mes de octubre ya tenga al menos un capacitador trabajando.
8) ¿Cuál es la duración del proyecto?
Se hara de manera continua durante los próximos dos años, para llevar diferentes grupos de personas y que la misma persona logre tener diferentes capacitaciones en caso de tener que desempeñar un papel diferente al esperado.

Interview with friends.
Friends, yesterday we were in a radio interview, regarding the future training projects we have for the party and I wanted to share with you the summary of the interview. Many thanks to my dear girlfriend @anghyluz who recorded the audio and I was able to put together the text of the interview.
Good afternoon Mr. Anthony. I am sending you the questions for the interview. To the extent of your possibilities I would appreciate your response. Thank you very much in advance.
We were talking about a project that AD is coordinating to train its members in different areas and whose investment came from members of the party with higher positions.
1) Does the project have a stipulated name?
Right now the project lacks an official name, but it has two possible names which are "early electoral training" or "preparation of municipal teams".
2) Who is the project aimed at?
The basis of this project is directed to the bases of the Acción Democrática party that currently lives under the leadership of its general and sectorial secretaries in each municipality, since they are the ones that during the electoral processes are the ones that act as table witnesses, electoral center coordinators, mobilizers, tugs and the other necessary positions that must be executed before, during and after the well-known "D-day" or election day as everyone knows.
3) When did the idea of structuring the project arise?
It arose as a result of the last electoral process which showed the lack of preparation of many people who make life within the party, because despite having many desires to help, a workshop given two weeks before the electoral process is not enough for everything that should be known and all the ways to solve situations that may arise in their due assignment.
4) What areas do you wish to strengthen within the party?
Mainly we wish to strengthen the technical area, since this arm has been weakened due to the country's situations and internal events of the party in the last few years, and despite the entrance of many new people, they do not have the adequate preparation for such important moments as defending the votes of each electoral center.
5) What are the objectives of the project?
- To promote technical training for the electoral processes.
- Legal formation for the next witnesses and coordinators of electoral centers and in this manner
- Increase the sense of belonging inside and outside of the electoral period.
6) How does it benefit the community?
The community will have the certainty that there is a truly qualified personnel at the time of defending the votes in the next electoral balls and the knowledge that those who have to last until the wee hours of the morning will do it without hesitation since they will be personnel with authentic commitment.
7) On what date is the project scheduled to start?
The tentative dates are from October onwards, an exact date has not been set for the start-up in the whole state, but it is planned that each municipality will have at least one trainer working before the end of October.
8) What is the duration of the project?
It will be done continuously during the next two years, to bring different groups of people and that the same person can have different training in case he/she has to play a different role than expected.
