Hola comunidad de Hive, hoy le comparto una Bonita Reflexión.. que encontré y se las quiero compartir... Para los que están Empezando en este mundo de la Gastronomía, Chef, Cocinero, Se trata del Miedo. porque muchas veces nos invade ese miedo que nos tranca, que se apodera de nuestra Mente y nos nubla de una manera tan fuerte, que muchas veces nos conlleva al Fracaso.
EL MIEDO.
Tu único oponente para llegar a ser un gran chef, a liderar una cocina, a colocar ese restaurante, a empezar como cocinero, a sacar nuevos platos, a seguir avanzando, es ese puto miedo que controla tu mente.
No tengas miedo a fallar hazlo habrás ganado aun si pierdes porque te quedará la satisfacción que lo intentaste y las experiencias se quedarán contigo.
Todo lo que deseas está al otro lado del miedo.
Un cocinero jamas se da por vencido,
O es que acaso eres uno de los que en medio servicio se esconden por temor, van a lavar loza abandonando la cocina por no saber que hacer, van al baño o las conservadoras hasta que pase el tormento.
La cocina saca tu carácter fuerte a flote pero tu tienes en tus manos la libertad de cocinar tus miedos a temperaturas muy altas.
Decídete ahora, y los resultados llegarán. porque la Satisfacción de haberlo Intentado va a ser muy grande. Y es parte del aprendizaje en la Vida. Todo es tener Fe en ti y en Dios.
porque los golpes y fracasos es parte del Aprendizaje y del camino que hay que recorrer en nuestra Vida para poder ser el mejor en nuestro Trabajo...
