               Step1//Paso1

Lo primero que realizó es pelar los ajos y trituro, luego le coloco las chuleta de res ,luego le coloco la salsa de ajo y salsa de soya , un poco de agua y la pongo a cocinar, luego pelo la zanahoria y lave el repollo

luego pico la cebolla en juliana , y el perejil pequeñito, dejo que la carne afloje, y le aplicó la cebolla, rayo la zanahoria y pico pequeño el repollo

para el aderezo le coloco 4 cucharas de mayonesa y 2 mostaza como la quiero dulce le aplicó azúcar al gusto y mezclo luego se aplicó al repollo y la zanahoria , cuando seque la carne le agrego el perejil y lo dejo cocinar, y luego pongo a cocinar el arroz

un vez esté listo sirve la carne, el arroz y la ensalada y así queda está deliciosa comida
