Step1//paso1

El primer paso es picar las papas y ponerla a sancochar, luego pelo los ajos los trituro coloco la carne y la pongo a cocinar, pico cebolla ,tomate ,perejil , cebollín lo coloco en un recipiente con aceite curri y cubito los pongo a sofreir

una vez la carne está cocida y el puré listo, en una bolsa plástica le coloco aceite, coloco una bolita de puré la tiendo en el centro la carne y le doy la forma, luego la llevo a refrigerar 30 minutos así se me podrán duras

una vez lo saqué del refrigerador,los coloco en huevo y luego en harina de trigo , en una sartén coloco aceite y lo pongo a calentar y luego coloco mis papas rellenas a terminar de cocinar
