Honestly speaking that was no any task to make a religious portrait. All photoshoot was about mastering so called "Rembrandt" light, while stylizing the outfit to match that epoch.
But obviously exactly this period was much more religious than now and this light from the top kind makes the associations with some God's light at once. After all result appeared to be interesting in many aspects combined with appropriate model play
