
Las caraota es una planta Originaria de America,son granos producidos de la Leguminosas, contienen gran valor nutritivo para la salud.

Es de Acotar, las caraotas negras en muchos paises son llamados frijoles negros, habichuelas negras,zaragoza negra y es acompañada en diferentes platos de cada region.
En Venezuela las caraotas negras, es el acompañante al plato tipico y mas importante de Venezuela. Puede degustar con empanadas, arepas , pabellon criollo.
Es una preparacion muy simple puede quedar "Sequita o Caldosita"

INGREDIENTES
*Caraotas.
*Agua.
*Sal.
*Aliños.
*Comino.
PREPARACION
Paso 1.
*Seleccionar las caraotas en un plato, se retira las poedritas, ramitas que se puedan encontrar .
- Lavar y dejar en remojo por un tiempo prolongado, para luego escurrir con abundante agua.
*Montar una olla a herbir, una vez en ebullicion colocar las caraotas.
*Mientras se cocinan las caraotas, , se pican los aliños en cuadritos para el sorfrito.
En un sarten, ya picados los aliños , se hace el sorfrito y echarlo a la caraotas.
Una vez integrados todos los aliños, al pasar 5 minutos ,apaga y a disfrutar.
*Servir y degustar en familia.

I got up very early to go to the market very close to my house to buy some caraoticas.
The beans is a plant Native to America, they are grains produced from Legumes, they contain great nutritional value for health.
It is from Acotar, black beans in many countries are called black beans, black beans, black zaragoza and it is accompanied in different dishes of each region.
In Venezuela, black beans are the companion to the typical and most important dish of Venezuela. You can taste with empanadas, arepas, Creole pavilion.
It is a very simple preparation, it can be "Sequita or Caldosita"
INGREDIENTS
- Beans.
*Water.
*Salt. - Dressings.
*Cumin.
PREPARATION
Step 1.
Select the beans on a plate, remove the poedrites, twigs that can be found.
Wash and soak for a long time, then drain with plenty of water.
Assemble a pot to boil, once boiling place the beans.
While the beans are cooking, chop the dressings into squares for sorfrito.
In a frying pan, the seasonings already chopped, make the sorfrito and add it to the beans.
Once all the dressings have been integrated, after 5 minutes, turn off and enjoy.
Serve and taste as a family.
