Scientific name: Ficus carica
We have many fig trees in our garden and they are all different. Some fig trees have black figs and others are small and green, as well as others with large fruits. Some are sweeter, others firmer and others softer. We like to eat them raw and also dry, we make dried figs in our fruit dryer, the most delicious are those that we dry and cook a little in the solar oven ... A delicacy of the gods! Sometimes we combine them with walnuts or almonds, also from our garden. There is nothing more delicious than food from our own garden.
But in addition to its nutritious fruits, this tree is beautiful and has been with us for thousands of years.
