Hi everyone ,what's up?I expect all of you are fantastic.Today I am going to share my activity.Today I went to Talbandha to buy duck.Duck is my most favorite meat.My daughter-in-law can cook duck very well.She knows some recipes of duck.But today recipe is simple Duck curry.The weather is so hot so we refer to take low spicy recipe.
Talbandha is a bazar where many store sell duck.I went there with my two brothers by bike.It took almost 23 minutes to reach the bazar.It is a rural area.Most of people are not educated.
We found a store run by a lady.The size of duck is small but it looks good and full of meat.So we chose two duck from the lady.She asked for 650 rupees for this two ducks.At last it has been settled with 600 rupees.But later we gave the lady more 20 rupees because she processed the duck beautifully.
It took 45 minutes to dress the duck and she cut into pieces.We returned home with taking meat.
